Alaskan Pollock

Alaskan Pollack (Theragra Chalcogramma) is a tasty edible fish. It is sold in fresh fillets and can be fried, poached and used in a wide range of dishes. It is excellent for further processing or simply as a delicate cut of whitefish
. Like the other gadoids, pollock is primarily an excellent source of protein.
It's rich in vitamin B12 and selenium and has a good ratio of sodium to potassium.
