Ownership Structure
Storm Company AS is owned by Morten Helgesen, Bente Sannes,
and Norsk Sjømat AS.
Norsk Sjømat AS has formed a partnership with Storm Company
AS, and hold 34% of the company, in order to further develop
the international seafood markets.
Norsk Sjømat AS(www.norsksjomat.no)- has a long and successful
history producing value added salmon products. Norsk Sjømat
own several processing plants including a majority stake in
a superefficient and modernplant for mackerel and herring.
